JOSEPH ADDAE AKWABOA, ESQ

Joseph Addae Akwaboa holds a Degree in Bachelor of Science (Administration Accounting) from the University of Education, Winneba, Kumasi Campus.  He had his Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from Kwame Nkrumah of University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.  He holds a Barrister-at-Law (B.L) from the Ghana School of Law, Accra.   He was called to the Bar in October, 2015.

He also holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Sunyani Polytechnic, now Sunyani Technical University (STU), Sunyani.
He is currently an LLM candidate at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.
He did his pupilage at the then Otu-Essel and Associate (Asempa Chambers) now Otu-Essel, Tuah- Yeboah & Associate (Asempa Chambers) under the tutelage of the late Otu-Essel Kwadwo Fordjour Esq
He has interest in land and Conveyancing, Litigation, Corporate Law practice, Criminal Law, Family Law, Intellectual Properties and Commercial Law

With academic credentials that span Law and Accounting from renowned institutions like the Ghana School of Law (Makola), the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, the University of Education Winneba and the Sunyani Technical University, he is now further enhancing his knowledge with a Ph.D. in Law at KNUST. His experience as a seasoned educator has inspired countless students at Sunyani Technical University and Greenfield College’s Faculty of Law.

He was a Full-time lecturer at Sunyani Technical University (STU), Sunyani until his appointment as the Regional Minister for Bono Region
He was also Part-time lecturer at Christian Service University College and Chartered Institute of Bankers (Dejustice College, Sunyani).
He was an Associate and the Administrator of Otu-Essel, Tuah –Yeboah & Associates and his professional expertise are Drafting reviewing of Legal documents and Litigation. He is now the Regional Minister for Bono Region
